Housing available only to individuals/families with incomes at or below 60% of the area median income

Site Location

The 18th & Howard development is located in Downtown Omaha. It's 2 blocks Northeast of the Omaha Children's Museum and to the east of the Modus Coworking Building.

Combat the stigma of affordable housing as "cheap looking"
Develop affordable housing that's convenient for the Downtown /Midtown population

Development Objectives

Execute a minority-developed and owned project
Fill commercial space with minority-owned businesses/ enterprises and women-owned businesses/enterprises
